Over all an amazing experience. The receptionist Erica was exceptional with helping me. She was so friendly and personable. Audrie who did my teeth cleaning was amazing as well. She answered every question and concerns I had and made me feel great. I would highly recommend this place.

Very good 1st visit to establish and Audrey, the hygienist did a very almost painless job. The dental office all staff and the dentist are very personable. I am so glad I have discovered the dental office and look forward to a good long term relationship with other staff. I am only 2 blocks away from where I had moved.

I had an appointment for a tooth extraction and I wanted to share the positive experience I had. My dental hygienist Erica was incredible from the start. Both Erica and the dentist (I need to verify her name) worked extremely well together. They made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in on me the entire time. Dr. O’Neill assisted with the extraction, and was he also extremely kind. For a tooth extraction, the experience was great. All the staff assisting with my extraction worked so well together. Their energy gave off a really positive vibe which helped me relax. You can tell the work environment is extremely healthy here. 10/10 experience. Thank you.

My experience with Dr Michael O’Neill and his entire staff was beyond excellent. Being a person who thrives on having excellent dental hygiene I do not just select any dentist to work on my teeth without first reviewing their credentials carefully, then the reviews from other patients. After going to Hires Dental for over 20 years seeing only Dr Hires after he retired and sold his practice the place has gone downhill terribly. My husband had a cavity on the inner portion of his chewing tooth he went to the two dentist now in Hires for a filling only to experience worsening pain in that tooth over the next two weeks. Prior to this visit the dentist put his implant on his tooth, over the next couple of weeks a fowl odor was coming from the tooth. He returned to the dentist who placed that implant on and was told he had halitosis, despite his teeth being on point with all cleanings. He went to the hygienist after seeing the dentist and she discovered a chunk of cement the dentist left at the gum line with bacteria on it and stated the odor was from him leaving that piece of cement lodged where it was she did a through cleaning and problems were resolved. After these incidents I went searching for an excellent reputable dentist to get him in to see why the tooth with the filling the dentist just did at Hires was hurting like a cavity would hurt. Dr O’Neill’s front desk girls are awesome they are compassionate with people who call in and if it’s a matter of urgency they get you in right away. They got my husband in upon my calling them the same afternoon. Dr O’Neill did his exam and images of the tooth and discovered the filling was not in right and the entire cavity to be filled was left exposed causing horrific pain. He was booked solid that evening but he wanted to fix it that evening right away, he tried his hardest to squeeze him in upon discovering the cavity exposed. He ended up getting him in the next morning immediately to fix this. He has never had one issue since going to Dr O’Neill. I knew from my husband going to the two dentist at Hires I was not going to let them touch my teeth and they would never see us again. I canceled my cleaning that was scheduled told them to transfer all of our Records to Dr O’Neill. I had a dental cleaning scheduled as a new patient at Dr O’Neills practice but two days prior to that the front of my crown on my chewing tooth broke completely off. I called Dr O’Neill’s office the next morning to inform the girls what had happened and asked if I could get in to be seen, I would need the rest of my crown that was intact removed and fitted for a new crown. I said I would return for my cleaning as scheduled but the front desk arranged me to have this all done in one day. Dr O’Neill and his assistant are awesome! They worked together and rearranged their schedules to accommodate me as I have a surgery next week that is going to prevent me from driving. I had my teeth cleaned first then went into the assistants chair where she and Dr O’Neill worked on removing the rest of the crown intact, fitted me for a new crown and placed the order to the lab. This dentist and his staff genuinely see past money, they really care about their patients that come in. They deserve much higher than the 5 star rating Google allows if i could give a 10 plus i would. This dentist, his assistant, the hygienist, and the girls at the front desk are by far the utmost caring group of professionals I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet! If you want excellent dental care, if you want to be treated like family not just an insurance payment, and desire to receive above high quality patient care in a beautiful office with state of the art equipment Dr Michael O’Neill and his staff deliver all of this. I’m so thankful that I found this dentist, and beyond appreciative for to him and his assistant for taking such excellent care of me!

Dr. Spetka and everyone else in the office are Phenomenal!!! I've only been there twice and they already know my name and makes me feel at ease about the procedures I've had (and the handwritten welcome card sent to me in the mail was a very nice touch). Absolutely Amazing Experience and yes I'm saying that about a Dentist. I'm more than happy with the choice I made.

I had to have work done on my two front teeth today!! My composites needed replaced due to them being chipped! I was very leery and nervous due to past dental experiences and the dental assistant Andie was so kind and patient with me! She actually talked me into being numbed for the procedure and it was a positive experience. I was thankful for her understanding and kindness!!!

I'm very happy with the care i receive here! They've done a couple of crowns for me and they are perfect. Drs and staff are friendly and quite good at what they do. And the office is moving soon to a location with more parking yeah!

Kelly is a great hygienist.. she did a great job cleaning my teeth.. and Dr. Michael O'Neill is one of the best dentists I've been to.. he takes a personal interest in caring for his patients.

Today I had a cleaning and my lower molar prepped for a crown. A great visit from check in to check out. Great work by Dr. Spetka and Dawn who prepped my tooth for the crown. And also to Kelly who cleaned m teeth.
