About Our Practice in Sylvania & Toledo

Dr. Michael O’Neill graduated with honors from Bowling Green State University and attended dental school at Ohio State University. He completed a General Practice Residency Program at the University of Toledo Medical Center and has been a practicing dentist since 2007.

Dr. O’Neill is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Seattle Study Club, the Ohio Dental Association (ODA), and the Toledo Dental Society. His goal as a dentist is to establish a lifelong relationship of trust with every patient by providing innovative dental care in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

He and his wife, Jaime (also a dentist), have 4 children. Outside work, he enjoys fitness, cooking, skiing, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with his family.

Dr. Emily Spetka is an experienced and licensed general dentist by the State of Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University. Following graduation from dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency in her hometown at the University of Toledo Medical College.

Dr. Spetka loves being a part of the Wildwood Family and Cosmetic Dentistry team. She is a compassionate person who cares for the health of her patients and looks forward to developing lifelong relationships while serving the Toledo community. She is dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience in a calm environment. Dr. Spetka is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, a member of the Toledo Dental Society, and Spear Education. She has completed multiple courses in facial aesthetics providing wrinkle relaxer and is certified to place dental implants.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her dog. In her spare time, she loves hiking, cooking and baking, reading, restoring furniture, and spending time with friends and family.

Melissa joined the team in 2022. She has worked in this field since 1999 and uses her vast experience to foster the best patient care possible. Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and went on to study at the Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine.

Melissa is an outgoing, motivated, passionate leader with an enthusiasm for all things dental. From integrating operations to helping out at locations as needed, Melissa’s favorite part of the job is being able to assist with all aspects of care.

When she’s not at work, Melissa is the head cheerleading coach and substitute teacher for a local school district. She also owns ANA Farms, LLC, and is a co-owner of KNG Showlambs, LLC.

Erica has been with Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for 2 years and brings 10 years of experience in the dental field. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives prompt, accurate billing and exceptional service. Erica takes pride in helping patients navigate their care smoothly and loves making sure everyone leaves with a smile. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family and taking walks with their three energetic dogs.

Michele brings 35 years of dental industry experience to her role as financial coordinator at Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. For the past 1.5 years, she has helped patients understand their dental benefits and how they apply to treatment, ensuring financial clarity every step of the way. 

Michele enjoys working with numbers and finds satisfaction in successfully resolving insurance claims. When she’s not at work, she loves vacationing with her family, antique shopping with her husband, and reading.

Erica joined the team in 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in patient care.

She is passionate about helping others through her work. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable and valued. Erica treats each patient like a friend or family member, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

Outside the office, Erica enjoys playing board games, weightlifting, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Andie has been part of the Wildwood team for 4 years and brings over 15 years of dental experience to her role. A graduate of Ross Medical College and Owens Community College’s EFDA program, she is passionate about creating a calm, positive experience for every patient. Andie understands that many people feel nervous about visiting the dentist, and she takes pride in helping even the most anxious patients feel at ease.

For her, the most rewarding moments are when patients leave feeling more comfortable and confident than when they arrived. Outside of work, Andie enjoys watching HGTV and spending time with her family.

Audrie has been in the dental field since 2014 and joined the Wildwood team in 2021. She graduated from Owens Community College’s dental hygiene program in 2020 and was recognized as the Best Hygienist in Toledo in 2024.

Audrie believes that kindness is the key to every patient relationship and is always looking for new ways to connect and grow as a clinician. Outside the office, she enjoys playing guitar, teaching dance, and spending quality time with her family.

With more than 25 years of experience in dentistry and five years at Wildwood, Holly brings a calm, reassuring presence to every patient visit. She graduated from Owens Community College in 1998 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. She served as a class historian and is licensed to administer local anesthetics.

Holly is also CPR certified and passionate about making patients feel comfortable and at ease. She finds it incredibly rewarding when patients leave with a fresh, healthy smile.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active outdoors, and catching up with friends at her monthly Bunco group.

Alysha joined Wildwood full-time in July 2024 after first working with the team as a substitute hygienist. With 8 years of experience as a dental assistant and 5 as a registered dental hygienist, she brings a well-rounded, compassionate approach to care.

Alysha holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in dental hygiene and is passionate about helping patients feel at ease while guiding them toward better oral health. She finds it especially rewarding to help those who may be anxious about dental visits build trust and confidence.

Outside the office, Alysha enjoys gardening, crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.

Michelle brings over 30 years of experience to Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn State University in 1993 and is committed to helping patients maintain their health by truly listening and providing personalized care. Michelle believes in the power of prevention and enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients.

Outside the office, she loves working out and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Madison joined Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in 2024 after graduating from Owens Community College. She believes that every patient is unique and deserves an individualized approach to care and education. Madison enjoys the hands-on nature of dental hygiene and finds it fulfilling to see patients leave with brighter, healthier smiles.

When she’s not in the office, she loves staying active, spending time outdoors, and enjoying moments with her friends and family.

Marykayla, known as MK, has been part of Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry since November 2021 and has been working in the dental field since 2019. She earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Owens Community College in 2019. MK loves making meaningful connections with her patients and helping them feel comfortable in the dental chair. She is passionate about providing excellent care and supporting patients on their journey to a healthy, beautiful smile.

MK enjoys the variety that each day brings and values the opportunity to meet new people or catch up with familiar faces.

Outside of work, she loves skiing, reading, and crocheting in the winter. In warmer months, you’ll find her swimming, fishing, hiking, or traveling. MK also enjoys cooking, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Sara joined Wildwood Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in June 2024, bringing 13 years of dental experience. After working as a dental assistant for 10 years, she pursued her passion for patient care by earning her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Owens State Community College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Sara’s approach focuses on creating a comfortable, personalized experience by getting to know each patient’s unique needs and preferences. She finds it deeply rewarding to educate patients and see their oral health improve over time.

Outside the office, Sara enjoys spending time with family, reading, working out, and traveling.

Matea joined the team in 2019. Inspired by her father’s journey to restore his smile after a car accident, she is passionate about helping patients feel confident and love their smiles.

Matea especially enjoys performing anterior fillings and cosmetic enhancements, working with patients to help them achieve a beautiful smile

Outside of work, Matea stays active and engaged with her favorite hobbies. A former college softball player, she still enjoys sports, along with scrapbooking, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, son, mom, and sister.

Michelle brings 38 years of dental experience to the Wildwood team with a genuine passion for making patients feel comfortable and welcome. She believes that getting to know each patient personally helps create a positive and relaxed atmosphere. Michelle loves working alongside her dental family and values the strong connections they share. 

Outside of the office, she stays busy running her own permanent jewelry and permanent makeup business.
